Joel M. Gordon received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California in 2011. He also received a PhD in English from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Gordon is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Courts in the Northern, Southern, and Central Districts of California.

Mr. Gordon represents employees in class action employment and PAGA matters, including unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, inaccurate wage statements, misclassification, and unreimbursed work expenses. In law school, he externed for Judge Gregory Alarcon in the Los Angeles Superior Court and at the Federal Trade Commission’s consumer fraud division. Prior to joining Haines Law Group, he worked for more than a decade in a wide range of litigation matters, including individual personal injury cases, mass tort actions against pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, consumer class actions, and False Claims Act cases.
