Matthew K. Moen received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2015, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2011.  Mr. Moen is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.

Experience

 

Mr. Moen represents employees on a broad range of disputes, including both class action and single plaintiff wage and hour matters, including employee misclassification, unpaid wages, overtime wage and regular rate violations, meal and rest break violations, unreimbursed business expenses, and unpaid vacation wages.  Mr. Moen also handles individual employment matters involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment and retaliation.  Before joining Haines Law Group, Mr. Moen worked for Baltodano & Baltodano LLP, an employment litigation firm in San Luis Obispo, California.
