Mr. Blakely received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2008.  Mr. Blakely received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego in 2005.  Mr. Blakely is admitted to practice in California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Experience

 

Mr. Blakely represents employees on a classwide and individual basis in a wide range of wage and hour claims, including unpaid wages and overtime, meal and rest break violations, inaccurate wage statements, and unreimbursed business expenses. Mr. Blakely also handles individual employment matters involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Prior to joining Haines Law Group, Mr. Blakely worked for an employment litigation boutique representing employees on a broad range of disputes.

In his free time, Mr. Blakely enjoys playing basketball, traveling with his wife, and cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers and Lakers.
