Ms. McIntosh received her Juris Doctorate from University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2017. Ms. McIntosh received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2012. Ms. McIntosh is admitted to practice in both federal and state courts in California.
Experience
Ms. McIntosh works to vindicate the rights of employees in the workplace on a classwide and individual basis. Ms. McIntosh represents employees in federal and state court on a wide variety of wage and hour claims, including unpaid wages, meal and rest period violations, inaccurate wage statements, and unreimbursed work expenses. During law school, she externed for the Department of Labor – Office of the Solicitor and served as Director of the International Refugee Assistance Project and Wage Theft Clinic. Prior to joining Haines Law Group, Ms. McIntosh worked for two litigation boutique firms in Los Angeles, where she represented employees in wage and hour class actions, representative PAGA actions, and individual wrongful termination suits involving race, age, gender, and disability discrimination.

In her free time, Ms. McIntosh enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and spending time with her dog Nova.
