Mr. Tayyeb received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2015. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science-Public Service with high honors and Philosophy with honors from the University of California, Davis in 2012.  Mr. Tayyeb is admitted to practice in California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Experience

 

Mr. Tayyeb represents employees in class action and Private Attorneys General Act matters, including for unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, inaccurate wage statements, and unreimbursed work expenses.  Before joining Haines Law Group, Mr. Tayyeb worked for several Los Angeles litigation boutique firms where he primarily represented employees in individual wrongful termination suits involving workplace discrimination and whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour class actions, and representative PAGA actions.

In his free time, Mr. Tayyeb enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and rooting for the Golden State Warriors.
