Mr. Castorena received his Juris Doctor from the Cardozo School of Law in 2024. Mr. Castorena received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Comparative Literature from U.C. Berkeley in 2020 with highest honors. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Mr. Castorena is admitted to practice in both federal and state courts in California.

Experience

 

Mr. Castorena represents employees as both individuals and class action members in wage and hour claims, including unpaid wages, unreimbursed business expenses, and other labor code violations. He also represents employees in individual actions primarily related to wrongful termination and workplace discrimination. Mr. Castorena has a background working in non-profit and government sectors with previous internships at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Department of Financial Services, and Bay Area Legal Aid. He’s a former recipient of the Dan Bradley Fellowship in recognition of his public interest work.
