Haley received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School’s SCALE 2-Year Program in 2023 while being a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program’s Board of Governors. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Ozarks, graduating summa cum laude. Haley is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.

Experience

 

Haley represents employees in class action and Private Attorneys General Act matters, including for unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, inaccurate wage statements, and unreimbursed work expenses. Before joining Haines Law Group, her practice focused on plaintiff-side catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and financial services litigation in federal and state courts. In addition, Haley routinely represented consumers in class actions.​

Interests

In her free time, Haley stays connected to her alma mater as a board member of Southwestern’s Nickel Club, an association for alumni within five years of graduation. She also enjoys running half marathons, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her husband and golden retriever.
