Tuvia Korobkin has devoted his career to vindicating the rights of employees in the workplace across a wide range of industries including health care, manufacturing, marketing, retail, sales, security, technology and transportation. Mr. Korobkin represents employees on a classwide and individual basis in federal and state courts throughout California with respect to a wide array of wage and hour claims, including: unpaid overtime, employee misclassification, meal break and rest break violations, inaccurate wage statements, and unreimbursed work expenses. Mr. Korobkin also represents individuals with claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
Mr. Korobkin earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2009, and his Bachelor's degree in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore, Maryland. Before joining Haines Law Group, Mr. Korobkin worked for two employment litigation boutiques in the Los Angeles area. Mr. Korobkin has drafted appellate briefs for California appellate courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has argued before the California Court of Appeal.
Mr. Korobkin can often be found enjoying the Southern California beaches with his wife and young children. He also enjoys reading, biking, the NBA and the NFL, and studying Jewish law and philosophy.
