Joseph Holmes

 

Mr. Holmes received his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law in 2016. Mr. Holmes received his Bachelor of Science in math/economics from UCLA in 2013. Mr. Holmes is admitted to practice in California State Courts, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Experience

 

Mr. Holmes represents employees on a broad range of disputes, including single-plaintiff wage and hour matters. Mr. Holmes also represents employees in cases involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. Before joining Haines Law Group, Mr. Holmes practiced employment law at Manning & Kass, Elrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP, and worked in the employment practices liability group at an insurance company.
