Ms. Perez received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University in 2015. Ms. Perez is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in California.
Ms. Perez represents employees on a broad range of disputes, including single-plaintiff matters and wage and hour class actions. Prior to joining Haines Law Group, Ms. Perez worked for the trial firm Douglas / Hicks Law, APC, where she represented plaintiffs in cases involving civil rights violations, employment discrimination, and personal injury, and practiced criminal defense. During law school, Ms. Perez served as Chief Articles Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review, President of Loyola’s National Lawyers Guild chapter, and Community Service Chair of La Raza de Loyola. Ms. Perez also represented Loyola Law School in the 2019 Annual Uvaldo Herrera National Moot Court Competition, where her team placed in the top 8 of 32 teams from around the country.
Ms. Perez is conversational in American Sign Language, and enjoys cooking and gardening in her free time.”
